Book Review Friday
By Barbara Latta
It’s 1968 and a family has just moved from the metropolis of
Philadelphia to the mountains of North Carolina. Adjusting to country life is
difficult enough with the added stresses of a marriage crumbling and financial
issues abounding, but now the family is being visited by people from another
time.
Ann Tatlock brings the past to the present in this novel of
a family learning to live together and forgive. This is not a paranormal story,
but one about different time periods where two families lives intertwine and
friendships are bonded.
The loving hand of God shows up in unexpected ways.
