| We are spirit beings. |
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely;
and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
This verse clearly tells us we are three part beings. Being made in the image of God means we are spirit beings living in a body and we have a mind.
